Pregnancy Yoga

Whether you have a well established yoga practice or you’ve never set foot on a yoga mat, a pregnancy yoga class can provide you with many benefits as you adjust to all the changes that come with having a baby.

From reducing anxiety, improving sleep and reducing blood pressure, to creating more space in your body for your growing baby, yoga will support your physical and mental wellbeing during pregnancy. And it does all this while also relieving the day to day aches and pains that come with pregnancy, and preparing your body for a better experience of labour and birth!

All classes take place in a small local yoga studio in Wylde Green, Sutton Coldfield, designed to provide a calm and peaceful space for you to relax and connect with other expectant mums.

I pride myself on delivering welcoming, inclusive and non-judgmental classes where everybody is welcome and no topic is off limits.
